Internship/ Volunteer
We do consider candidates for Internship roles throughout the year as we feel its very important for a candidate to get a feeling of how the organization works and its activities function. Internships in Gramodaya will not just be about watching the activities from a distance but actually being involved extensively in the way the company carries out its business.
The role of Interns will be more towards Research and Analysis but there will be multiple roles offering development opportunities like accompanying senior members for Client Meetings, Implementation of programs, involvement in capacity building trainings etc.
